Commercial quantity of priority fish

Current

For section 89 of the Act, definition commercial quantity, the quantity prescribed for each priority fish is—

(a)

the number or volume stated opposite the fish in schedule 4, part 1; or

(b)

if a number is stated opposite the fish in schedule 4, part 1 and the fish are in a form that does not allow the number of the fish to be worked out—the weight equivalent to the number stated opposite the fish in schedule 4, part 1.
