166 Powers of particular authorised persons limited to local government area
(1)
An authorised person appointed by the chief executive officer of a local government under section 168(2) may exercise a power under this Act only in relation to the local government and its area.
(2)
An authorised person appointed by the chief executive officers of 2 or more local governments under section 168(3) may exercise a power under this Act only in relation to the local governments and their areas.
