203 Application of div 8
This division applies if an authorised person is satisfied on reasonable grounds—
(a)
a food business is being carried out at a place, other than a place, or part of a place, used for residential purposes; and
(b)
it is necessary to exercise powers under this division to avoid an imminent risk of death or serious illness of any person from food being handled or sold in connection with the food business.
