237 Application for review
(1)
The person may apply to the local government that gave, or should have given, the person the information notice for a review of an original decision under chapter 3 or 4.
(2)
The person may apply to the chief executive for a review of an original decision under chapter 5.
(3)
The person to whom the application may be made is the reviewer.
