241 Who may apply for external review
A person who has applied for the review of an original decision under part 1 and is dissatisfied with the review decision may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to QCAT for a review of the review decision.
An owner of a thing forfeited to a relevant entity under section 193(1), and not destroyed or disposed of under section 193, who is dissatisfied with the decision resulting in the forfeiture (the forfeiture decision) may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to QCAT for a review of the decision.
A person who has applied for the payment of compensation under section 220 and is dissatisfied with the chief executive’s decision to refuse to pay compensation or about the amount of compensation (the compensation decision) may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to QCAT for a review of the decision.
