A person must not, for an application made under chapter 3, 4 or 5, state anything the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.

(2)

A person must not state anything to an auditor the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.

(3)

A person must not state anything to an authorised person the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
