60 Decision on application
(1)
If the local government decides to grant the application, the local government must issue the licence to the applicant.
(2)
If the local government decides to refuse to grant the application, or impose conditions on the licence, the local government must as soon as practicable give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
(3)
This section does not apply to a decision to issue a provisional licence under section 64.
