86 Licensee to have food safety supervisor
A licensee must, within 30 days after the licence is issued under section 60(1), have a food safety supervisor for the food business under the licence.Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
Note—
If a corporation commits an offence against this provision, each executive officer of the corporation may be taken, under section 260A, to have also committed the offence.
The licensee must at all times continue to have a food safety supervisor for the food business under the licence.Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.

may be the food safety supervisor for the food business; and
may have more than 1 food safety supervisor for the food business.
