91 Notification to first local government
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a licensee has carried on a licensable food business from mobile premises in a second local government’s area; and
(b)
the second local government considers that the licensee has done or omitted to do something that, if done or omitted to be done in the first local government’s area, would be a contravention of the conditions of the licence.
(2)
The second local government may advise the first local government of the thing done or omitted to be done.
