95 Surrender of licence
(1)
A licensee may surrender the licence by notice given to the local government that issued it.
(2)
The licence must accompany the notice.
(3)
The surrender takes effect on the later of the following—
(a)
the day the notice is given to the local government;
(b)
the day stated in the notice for that purpose.
