145 Review of client’s medication
(1)
A senior practitioner must ensure a doctor regularly reviews a forensic disability client’s need for, and the appropriateness of, medication administered to or used by the client.
Note—
See section 52 for reviewing behaviour control medication.
(2)
The review must be carried out at least every 3 months.
(3)
Also, if requested by the director, a senior practitioner must ensure a doctor carries out an immediate review of a forensic disability client’s medication as mentioned in subsection (1).
(4)
The doctor must record details of the review in the client’s file.
