Provision for s 55 (Licences to get forest products etc.)

In force

(1)

This section applies to a licence under section 55 granted by an administering entity, including by acting under repealed section 61M, that is in force immediately before the commencement.

(2)

After the commencement, the licence—

(a)

continues in force; and

(b)

is taken to have been granted by the chief executive.
