137 Existing notices under ss 34AA and 34G
(1)
This section applies if a notice under the old section 34AA, 34AB or 34G is on display before the commencement of this section.
(2)
On and after the commencement, the notice is taken to be a notice under, and in accordance with, section 34AA, 34AB or 34G.
