Power to set apart and declare State forests

In force

The Governor in Council may, by regulation, set apart and declare as a State forest—

(a)

any Crown land; or

(b)

any land that is, or is part of, a timber reserve; or

(c)

any land that is, or is part of, a forest reserve under the Nature Conservation Act 1992.
