34G Regulating movement of vehicles on feature protection areas etc.
The chief executive may, by erecting a notice or notices on or adjacent to any feature protection area, State forest park or forest drive, regulate and prohibit the movement of vehicles thereon.

A notice erected under subsection (1) may be in the form of an official traffic sign and, in such a case, is taken to contain a provision that is the same as the direction or indication given by the corresponding official traffic sign.
A person who fails to comply with or contravenes a provision of a notice mentioned in subsection (1) commits an offence.
Evidence that a notice was erected on or adjacent to a place referred to in subsection (1) is evidence that the notice was so erected by the chief executive.
Section 73(1)(e) does not apply to a person who traverses a State forest or part thereof that is a feature protection area, State forest park or forest drive.
A person shall not on any feature protection area, State forest park or forest drive—
drive or ride a vehicle—
in any manner that would cause that vehicle to swerve, veer or turn violently without reasonable cause;
at such speed or in such other manner as may endanger himself or herself or endanger or inconvenience any other person;
in such a manner that an unreasonable amount of damage (having regard to the conditions existing at the time) is caused to any part of the feature protection area, State forest park or, as the case may be, forest drive;
use a vehicle in such a manner as is likely to cause annoyance to any person.
