4 State forests and timber reserves
(1)
Regulating and controlling—
(a)
the management and control of State forests or timber reserves;
(b)
the conduct and duties of persons in State forests or timber reserves;
(c)
recreational and commercial activities within State forests or timber reserves.
(2)
Providing for the payment of charges for the use of facilities and improvements on State forests or timber reserves and prescribing the amount thereof.
(3)
Providing for camping fees payable in relation to camping in State forests and timber reserves. sch 2 s 4 amd 1968 No. 33 s 47(a); 1982 No. 73 s 64(a)
