42B Authorisation under agreement
(1)
A commercial activity agreement authorises a party to the agreement, other than the chief executive, to conduct the commercial activity in the State forest or timber reserve as stated in the agreement, subject to the stated conditions.
(2)
The authorisation of a party under the commercial activity agreement may be transferred to another person, if permitted under the terms of the agreement.
