61L Chief executive may keep guidelines
(1)
The chief executive may keep guidelines about the making of an application under this part.
(2)
The Land Act 1994, section 420B applies to the chief executive for the guidelines—
(a)
as if a reference to the chief executive in that section were a reference to the chief executive administering this Act; and
(b)
with other necessary changes.
