61RR Procedures on lodgement and registration of document
(1)
When a document is lodged with the registrar of titles, the registrar must note on the document—
(a)
the date and time of lodgement; and
(b)
an identifying reference.
(2)
When the document is registered, the registrar of titles must record the information mentioned in subsection (1)(a) and (b) in the register.
