61TN Relationship with Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cwlth)
(1)
It is declared that the following are not personal property for the purposes of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cwlth)—
(a)
a plantation licence;
(b)
a plantation sublicence;
(c)
a right conferred on a plantation licensee or plantation sublicensee under this Act, a plantation licence or plantation sublicence, including a right to natural resource product or quarry material in a licence area;
(d)
any other right, licence or authority granted under this Act.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not limit the application of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cwlth), section 8(1)(f)(i) to a plantation licence or plantation sublicence.
