61TT Evidentiary effect of certified copies of documents
(1)
A document purporting to be a certified copy of the particulars recorded in the register is evidence of the particulars recorded.
(2)
A document purporting to be a certified copy of a registered document obtained under section 61TS(1)(b) is evidence of the registered document.
