5 Special provision for State Forest 741
(1)
The setting apart as a timber reserve of the relevant land is revoked to the extent that the setting apart has not otherwise been revoked.
(2)
This section is for the avoidance of doubt.
(3)
In this section—relevant land means the land described in the schedule to the order in council that first appears on page 735 of the gazette of 20 August 1932.
