125 Duration of licence
(1)
A monitoring operator’s licence remains in force for 10 years from its date of issue.
(2)
A dealer’s licence remains in force for 5 years from its date of issue.
(3)
A testing facility operator’s licence remains in force for 5 years from its date of issue.
