135 Approving audit programs
(1)
The Minister may approve—
(a)
an audit program for investigating licensed suppliers; and
(b)
an audit program for investigating associates of licensed suppliers.
(2)
An audit program approved by the Minister may not provide for the investigation of persons under the program at intervals of less than 2 years.
