155 Change of officers of licensed supplier
(1)
This section applies to a licensed supplier if a change happens by which a person stops being, or becomes, the secretary or an executive officer of the licensed supplier.
(2)
The licensed supplier must, as required by this section, notify the commissioner of—
(a)
the change; and
(b)
the name, address and date of birth of the person involved in the change.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(3)
The notice must—
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
by given within 7 days after the change.
