190 Unlicensed persons not to be key monitoring employees
(1)
A person must not carry out a function of a key monitoring employee unless the person is a licensed key monitoring employee.Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
(2)
A licensed monitoring operator must not—
(a)
employ, or use the services of, a person to carry out a function of a key monitoring employee unless the person is a licensed key monitoring employee; or
(b)
allocate, or permit to be allocated, to a person the carrying out of any function of a key monitoring employee unless the person is a licensed key monitoring employee.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)—200 penalty units.
