205 Conditions of licences
(1)
A licence under this part is subject to such conditions (including any variation of the conditions made under section 206) as the commissioner may impose in the public interest or for the proper conduct of gaming at the time of granting the licence or under section 206.
(2)
A holder of a licence must not contravene a condition of the licence.Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
