Rules ancillary to gaming to be displayed and enforced

In force

A licensee, when gaming is being conducted on the licensee’s licensed premises, must cause the rules ancillary to gaming that are, at that time, the rules for the licensed premises—

(a)

to be displayed in a conspicuous position, and in a way that ensures the rules are clearly legible from a reasonable distance, in each gaming machine area on the licensed premises; and

(b)

to be enforced.

Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
