274 Repossession of gaming machines
(1)
A licensed monitoring operator or approved financier must not repossess a gaming machine without first obtaining the commissioner’s written approval.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(2)
For obtaining the commissioner’s approval for subsection (1), an application must be made to the commissioner.
(3)
The application must—
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation for the application.
