386 Existing additional employees
(1)
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement day, was a person to whom section 40 applied.
(2)
From the commencement day—
(a)
the person continues to be employed under this Act; and
(b)
the terms that apply to the person for the person’s employment are the same terms that applied to the person immediately before the commencement day.
