Continuation of obligation under pre-amended Act, s 261

In force

(1)

This section applies to a licensee if, immediately before the commencement, a prohibition by the licensee under the pre-amended Act, section 261, is in force.

(2)

The pre-amended Act, section 261, continues to apply to the licensee as if the Gambling Legislation Amendment Act 2004, part 4, had not commenced.
