474 Approved forms continue as approved forms of commissioner
(1)
This section applies to an approved form in force immediately before the commencement.
(2)
The approved form continues in force after the commencement as if it had been approved by the commissioner until the earlier of the following—
(a)
the commissioner approves a new form for the matter the subject of the form;
(b)
12 months after the commencement.
