53 Criminal history reports
(1)
This section applies in relation to an investigation of a person for sections 49(2) and (3), 57(2)(a), 93(1), 136, 200(2)(a) and 212.
(2)
If the commissioner asks the police commissioner for a written report on the person’s criminal history, the police commissioner must give the report to the commissioner.
(3)
The report must contain—
(a)
relevant information in the police commissioner’s possession; and
(b)
relevant information the police commissioner can reasonably obtain by asking officials administering police services in other Australian jurisdictions; and
(c)
other relevant information to which the police commissioner has access.
