73 Conditions of gaming machine licences
(1)
A gaming machine licence is subject to—
(a)
such conditions as are prescribed; and
(b)
such other conditions (including any variation of the conditions made under section 74) as the commissioner may impose in the public interest or for the proper conduct of gaming at the time of granting the licence or under section 74.
(2)
A licensee who fails to comply with any condition referred to in subsection (1) commits an offence against this Act.Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
