101 Compensation
(1)
This section applies if a person (the claimant) suffers a cost, damage or loss because of the exercise, or purported exercise, of a power under this part by a distributor.
(2)
Compensation for the cost, damage or loss is payable by the distributor to the claimant.
(3)
The compensation may be claimed and ordered in a proceeding brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.
