104 Deciding application
(1)
The distributor must decide to grant or refuse the application within—
(a)
10 business days after the application is made; or
(b)
a longer period agreed between the distributor and the applicant.
(2)
The distributor must decide to grant the application unless a limit under section 109 on the obligation to provide customer connection services applies.
