141 Power to enter common property unaffected
(1)
The powers under this division are in addition to and do not limit a distribution officer’s power, under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997, section 263, to enter common property.
(2)
However, if the entry is also authorised under this division, section 145 applies to the entry.
