244 Notice of significant disruption
If an industry participant becomes aware of any significant disruption, or event likely to result in a significant disruption, to the supply of a covered gas, the participant must, as soon as practicable, give the regulator notice of the disruption or event. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
