When approved QCA distribution network code takes effect

Current

(1)

This section applies for a distribution network code made by QCA only if the Minister approves the code.

(2)

QCA must, as soon as practicable after the approval, publish a gazette notice stating the Minister has approved the code and where it may be inspected.

(3)

The code takes effect on the later of the following days—

(a)

a day of effect stated in the gazette notice;

(b)

if no day of effect is stated in the notice—the day the notice is gazetted.
