270K Direction by Minister to review
(1)
The Minister may, by gazette notice, give QCA a written direction to conduct a review into—
(a)
any matter relating to the Queensland reticulated covered gas markets; or
(b)
the operation and effectiveness of a distribution network code; or
(c)
any matter relating to a distribution network code.
(2)
QCA must comply with the direction.
(3)
QCA must publish the direction on its website.
