How regulator deals with referral

Current

If, under this subdivision, QCA refers a matter to the regulator, the regulator may take either or both of the following actions against the relevant distributor—

(a)

for a distributor—impose a civil penalty, under chapter 6, part 1A;

(b)

for a distributor—action under chapter 2, part 1, division 3.
