271AB Criteria for deciding material contravention
(1)
This section applies to the making of any decision under this Act about whether a contravention of section 175A is a material contravention of the section.
(2)
The regulator must have regard to the objects of the Act.
(3)
Subsection (2) does not limit or otherwise affect what may be considered in making the decision.
