271AF Giving of contravention notice
(1)
The regulator may give the proposed contravention notice if—
(a)
the retailer has not complied with the warning notice; and
(b)
after complying with section 271AE, the regulator still believes the contravention notice ought to be given.
(2)
The contravention notice must state—
(a)
that the retailer has contravened, or is contravening, section 175A; or
(b)
the contravention is likely to be a material contravention of the section.
