289 Unlawfully taking covered gas or LPG
(1)
A person must not unlawfully take a covered gas or LPG.Maximum penalty—500 penalty units.
(2)
A person unlawfully takes a covered gas or LPG if the person takes the covered gas or LPG from any of the following, unless the person has a lawful excuse—
(a)
a distribution pipeline;
(b)
an LPG distribution pipeline;
(c)
a pipeline connected from the exit point of a meter installed for a customer’s premises.
