323 Regulation-making power
(1)
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
(2)
A regulation may be made about any of the following—
(a)
any matter that may, under the National Gas (Queensland) Law, be prescribed under jurisdictional gas legislation;
(b)
the fees payable under this Act, including late payment fees;
(c)
imposing a penalty of no more than 20 penalty units for a contravention of a provision of a regulation.
