51 Conditions imposed under a regulation
(1)
A distributor must comply with—
(a)
any conditions prescribed under a regulation for, or relating to, the provision of customer connection services; or
(b)
any code, intergovernmental agreement, protocol or other agreement prescribed under a regulation.
(2)
A code or agreement may be prescribed only if it relates to the provision of customer connection services.
