66 Continuing effect of authority for renewal application
If the term of the distribution authority ends before the application is decided, despite the ending of the term, the authority continues in force until—
(a)
the start of any renewal of the authority; or
(b)
the applicant is given an information notice about a decision to refuse the application; or
(c)
the application is withdrawn; or
(d)
the authority is cancelled under this Act.
