85 General obligations in carrying out work
The distributor must—
complete the work as soon as practicable; and
restore, as nearly as practicable, the relevant part of the place to the condition it was in before the work started; and
remove any rubbish or surplus earth caused by the work; and
comply with—
conditions the public entity has imposed on any approval it has given to carry out the work; and
any relevant provisions of the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act and any other relevant law.
If, in carrying out the work, the distributor causes damage to the place, the distributor must fix the damage as soon as practicable.
