94 Costs of carrying out required consequential work
(1)
A public entity must bear the costs of complying with any consequential work requirement it makes.
(2)
If the relevant distributor has complied with section 93(1), the distributor may recover from the entity as a debt the amount of the distributor’s reasonable costs of carrying out the work.
