15 Redundancy notice
If the company decides a role is redundant it must promptly notify the employees in the role and their representatives of—
(a)
the reasons for the role becoming redundant; and
(b)
the location and description of the redundant role; and
(c)
the number of employees to be affected by the redundancy.
